Bob's experience extends beyond design to development, where he has successfully completed numerous projects in New Jersey and New York. In recent years, he has focused on large mixed-use developments, which typically include a combination of residential, retail, structured parking, and industrial elements.
As a former Construction Code Official and Zoning Officer, Bob is deeply knowledgeable about building codes and the approval process, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of both design and regulatory requirements. He is a Registered Architect in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Arthur J. Michels, AIA, NCARB, PP, LEED AP

Art is a registered architect in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Florida, and holds certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Additionally, he is a Professional Planner in New Jersey and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), emphasizing sustainable design practices.
