Barnert Medical Arts Complex (BMAC),
Paterson, New Jersey This facility was the former Barnert Hospital in Paterson, which ceased operating as an acute
care hospital in February 2008. BMAC will provide Paterson residents and its surrounding communities with the health care services it so desperately needs due to the loss of the acute care hospital, by developing an outpatient medical arts building and short-term residential and sub-acute services.
