Services included building design, interior design, LEED certification, coordination of NYC Arts Commission approval and construction administration.

105,000 sf warehouse, three (3) tenant spaces. 65,000 sf owner/occupied. Two (2) tenant spaces ranging in size from 16,000 sf to 20,000 sf. Currently under construction. Interior fit up included owner/occupied space in Michels & Waldron scope of work.

Penhorn Avenue Flex Buildings, Secaucus, New Jersey
66,000 sf and 57,000 sf flex warehouses with multiple tenant spaces ranging in size from 5,500 sf to 18,000 sf. Completed and occupied in 2005. Tenant interior fit up included in Michels & Waldron scope of work.
